I am out of flour and almost out of granulated sugar and vanilla paste. I'd be out of butter, too, if my husband hadn't bought me some this morning. Luckily, all four of my cookie doughs are finished. Unless there's something wrong with them when I bake, I should be good!

Right now, the plan for next month is to make four different kinds of cookies. Here are the planned types:
* Plain shortbread for my FIL
* Sugar cookies, possibly orange and cardamom flavor, with royal icing and sprinkles
* Matcha with white choc chips
* Strawberry with white choc chips
