NGL, seeing how we’re getting SEVEN STANDARD sets next year is making me think about looking for another TCG to fill my want for a competitive setting. That’s way too many sets for Standard!

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Magic! I want to & will keep playing it & making content!

I'm checking it out right now! So far with account creation the one thing I don't like is being required to put a favorite commander. (I don't play enough and don't want to fill that spot out.)

But if both were together I can picture some players in the community forcing it even if one of them isn’t really playable. People love their pet decks and cards!

Bandits Talent is too slow for the format so I’d see it being fine. We’ve seen a discard deck pop up here and there in the format but it just gets pushed out by the rest of the meta.

I’m more wanting the card as a midrange player. I don’t enjoy discard.dec decks like Waste Not in Pioneer
