Issai Gotouge is a ghost floating behind Ritsu.

In MP100 universe she's a ghost who cannot rest because of her unjustified death. She met ritsu when he's training his esper powers alone near the area where she's been killed, and has been friend with him eversince.

She's a famous ancient deity, she actively interacts with people back then, she helps them through plagues, natural disasters etc.
