the only entertainment Sonic 06 will ever bring you is in Silver's story. if you ever have to play this artocity of a game, pick that one.

Even then, it's entertaining in the same way gmod sandbox mode is, so probably play that instead.

i don't have to be the person to tell you the game blows ass. i can instead be the person to tell you i have the only bug-free copy of the game, and that makes it substantially less entertaining

mario or wario trolley problem:

if the trolley hits mario, he loses a life, and if it's his last, it's game over for mario

but if you let it hit wario instead, wario will be fine, but the trolley will be destroyed

lack of voice acting is a situational problem for the series and not every scene has to be voiced

but damn. arven yelling "mom" at the end of scarlet might actually have impact if it wasn't just text with the bare minimum sound design

it really depends on the characterization they go with for Amy
she's very... varied. in mainline canon

her more recent incarnations have been much more "mature" than the early 2000s Amy which i feel like is what SEGA would prefer paramount go with

i think adding a "normal" queue without any gimmicks would be the best way to improve festivals

i actually LOVE team shootout but i can see how the skill-issue-inclined can hate it, spin drift is also genuinely stellar

i dont think MKW is a worse game for it, skill gap in mario kart has and always will feel bad, but it definitely loses something in some way for leaning into it

Mario Kart prior had very little different from high level and low level play. skill gap can still be severe, but it will look like the same game

now high/low level strats are fundamentally different and skill gaps are more severe than ever
