oh also out of all 5 issues i've read* every single one has involved kitty for some reason being in her underwear. why tf did they do that it's easily the worst part of each issue

i've been reading a bit of chris claremont's uncanny x-men run from the 80s. it's fun!!! the wordy writing & exposition hasn't put me off, which is nice

i really like superheroes. sadly, the old style of comic writing doesn't appeal to me very much. maybe it's an acquired taste? i want to skim through supergirl's silver age catalogue sometime so i might grow to love it

big shoulder solidarity 🫡 i almost exclusively wear elastic/stretchy clothes because the measurements being just a teensy bit off can make the whole thing uncomfortable.

it really should be normalized to have some dang wiggle room, especially if you're gonna get the measurements wrong!!!
