So great to publish Tabitha Mwangi again (African Roar 2014), loved this story, a light-hearted look into African church life with a bit of detective mystery, humour, and social commentary. It is exactly right for the ZamaShort December publication with xmas and all.
Made the best roast chicken stuffing I have ever made (and yes I think stuffing needs to be actually stuffed inside what you're roasting to qualify as stuffing), using this recipe (www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes...) with a 140g pack of uncooked bacon that I minced and mixed in. Next level, seriously.
