Accountability time: last year I ended up injuring my shoulder and I took time from the Gym. Lost a lot of strength, for fluffier than i would like. So, I will use Bsky for gym progress. Here: week 2, currently three times a week, just hit back and shoulders #gaygym #workoutprogress
