good point
ive had it for thanksgiving, halloween, and christmas for like, decades now
its just an end of year food in my household lmao
my only disagreement is on banana pudding but thats because im biased and love banana pudding
im not sure if ill do anything to edit that which blooms in the dark, honestly
there are a few things id like to change a bit, but ultimately, i think i should leave it be
errata isnt really necessary for it, but i do think its a little vague on the lore it provides, like on contracting
#fiwb #ttrpg
back to fiwbposting, that funny little game about hunters was really fun and id like to make more games like that (yknow, shorter ones with more niche scopes)
but im struggling
and thats okay, but all of my ideas become more grandiose than id like
im not sure how to remedy this, but im working on it
and just so we're all clear, trans rights are human rights. black lives matter. zohran mamdani is excessively based. we deserve better than this. capitalism is the root of all evil. america is proof of that. fuck it we ball is proof of that. and finally, fuck donald trump.

its 6 am. goodnight.
sorry for getting political. itll probably happen again in the future. this probably wont be seen by anyone. thanks for reading if youve gotten this far. ill go back to rejecting my grammar lessons while i discuss ttrpg mechanics.

condolences, and good riddance. hope you like it where youre at now.
i dont want this big ass thread to be taken the wrong way. i think its a sign of good times that we have less people advocating for death. i think its good that one less mouthpiece is spewing shit into the hearts of people across the world. i still think it sucks that someone died
celebrating their deaths is entirely fucked up. just because they do it too doesnt make it okay. its fun to crack jokes! its not fun to brag about how much you dont care that he died. its just fuel for people who want us dead to go 'look! they all hate us! theyre happy were dropping like flies!'
because, while we do have some deranged and radical people over here on 'the left', we also have reasonable people. people who trust in science and believe that the world can be better. 'the right', however vast it is, also has that. i understand hating political opponents.
i feel bad that charlie kirk died. i didnt like him as a person, i didnt agree with him. he didnt have to die. nobody has to die. does it make things harder, when we dont kill the people who want us dead? yes. is it what we should be doing? no.

do i think that someone on 'the left' killed him? no.
everyone who is removed from our world is a sorry loss and something i want to see stopped. to quote batman, 'he didnt have to die'.

we didnt need him dead. his ideas have already propagated, and now that he is dead, there's little to nothing we can do to stop those ideas from being radicalized
im not upset that there's one less source of anti-trans, anti-minority rhetoric. im happy. but im sorry for the kids who have to cope with their father being dead for the majority of their childhood. im sorry for the friends who have to move on from their friend. every loss of life is a negative
and i dont mean to guilt trip, let me be clear. kirk himself said that empathy is a sin, a new age term made up to deflect from reality. lacking that empathy for the loss of life of the father of children (whether or not he beat them or had nefarious plans) is precisely what he advocated for
so many people are waiting eagerly for the death of trump and celebrating the death of charlie kirk. i understand. they want a lot of people dead, and we are those lot of people.

charlie kirk would be proud of this reaction to his death, if it was someone else. do you really want that?
i try not to get political on this account, because its not something i really enjoy discussing. i do feel the need to say something at this point though, after seeing the general reaction and behavior surrounding recent events.

im not really sure how to put this succinctly and well, so thread time
and youve gotta worry more about pressure with them since they rely on keeping a specific pressure differential that requires open air for venting
and all of that is there just so you can see whats down there
and people are still struggling to figure out what it is thats eating probes
and hard carapaced hunters that excel at propulsion in those chemical baths
your average submarine crumples down there, and good luck sending a probe in to see how things are going when the creatures eat anything that moves too quicklu
starships are almost better off, but their engines are unstable
(yknow, tritium-deuterium powered fusion reactions because the pressure is high enough down there to cause that)
and worse, the creatures that arent native to those depths
xenofauna that willingly went down there
things like jovian graviton idols (ripped straight from the caves of europa)
TON-618a's oceans are...a bizarre mix of chemicals, mostly
theres some water, but most things have had to either adapt to living in a hostile chemical mixture or die trying
and so you only get the most horrid things living at the deepest reaches, such as the creatures that eat from fusion vents
taking notes to add cenotes to fiwb's main setting as the main form of oasis
this feels excessively hypermall
