When the government says “there are too many children with autism” and then eliminates the entire special education department, what they’re really saying is:

“We don’t want to support them.”
“We don’t value them.”
“We’d rather erase them than educate them.”

That’s not leadership. That’s cruelty.

📢 Texas passed HB 6 and it’s a big deal for students with disabilities.

HB 6 changes how schools handle discipline & mental health, but buried in the fine print are provisions that weaken key protections for students with disabilities.

Yesterday our case was heard before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The Court typically takes a few months to issue a decision, though there’s no set timeline, so now we wait.

No matter the outcome this was a meaningful step forward. God has been with us every step of the way.

ICE arrested Chicago alderperson-Jessie Fuentes inside a hospital emergency room—simply for asking to see a warrant for a man they detained.

Let that sink in.

When asking to “see the warrant” becomes an arrestable act, no one is safe. This is unconstitutional.
