First Nightmare Kart Any% run was well, rough to say the least. The world record is currently 34:05 and I managed to get a run of 1:18:26... So, a bit slower than I would like lol.

The first run is always the hardest though. Hopefully my 2nd run is sub 1:00. That'd feel real good. #speedrunning #pb

Got 3 new speedruns coming up! Nightmare Kart any%, Red Faction IL runs (super excited to speedrun an FPS!), and a new horror game called The Unholy Smoke. Definitely going to help up my numbers.

Day 7 of 500 speedruns on Speedrun.com I recently got two new Nightmare Kart times approved and a 250 London commuters time approved. (73(+1)/500) with one run approving! This community has a history of very slow submissions which is no problem at all, but expect to see that +1 quite often.

Day 5 of 500 speedruns. Currently have 3 pending approval and 1 officially approved! 70(+3)/500. I will be running a new game during Indie Speedrun Saturdays which should help a lot! I really want to try and keep my games varied. I also want to only submit semi-competitive times.

I am about 13 hours into my Nightmare Kart grind on a single track. Maybe less than 1.5 seconds from claiming a WR and a bounty from the person who has held every record for 5 months....

I did find some interesting Project Zomboid bugs though! It turns out, the speed and acceleration of vehicles is tied to your FPS. I was almost 1.5X as fast when I was running Zomboid at 400+ FPS. I was also able to sleep more than 3X faster at similar FPS.

I have been really struggling with trying to handle the RNG in Project Zomboid. To even get attempts at records, you will be resetting 100 or more times for most categories. Some of these are even 8+ minutes into the run. Spent a few hours studying the source code on stream trying to find anything.
