ITPC launched the White Coat Campaign in 2024 to reaffirm that communities are experts. We wear white coats to challenge the idea that communities are a drain on the system, and to remind people that communities bring data and solutions to the problems that we’re facing.

Vietnam has revoked most of J&J’s patent claims on the TB drug bedaquiline which is a major win for affordable treatment and against patent evergreening. J&J has 90 days to appeal. Lives must come before profits.

The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) has approved lenacapavir, a twice-a-year injection that can prevent HIV.
