I had just finished cooking this earlier when you posted this 2 hours ago. Reverse-seared NY strip steak after a 3 day dry age.
Umami and salt dry-aged NY strip steak reverse seared to a med rare (the only correct temperature) finished with a cracked peppercorn medley, accompanied by sautéed cauliflower sitting on a bed of rice pilaf
