Look for foods you actually like to eat, and don't skimp on the seasoning. Palatable foods are just nicer to eat.

Exercise if you can, it improves appetite and increases the muscle you gain as you gain weight. more muscle is linked to positive health outcomes even if you don't want to get jacked.

High density foods like peanuts can also add a ton of calories. 1/4 cup of peanuts is 200+ cals and they tend to be cheap and come in numerous flavors. a little dish to munch on while you're at the computer can add up fast.

With that out of the way we need to add calories to your diet in the easiest ways we can

If you can stomach it, whole milk is your friend. 150 cals per 8 oz glass means 2 glasses a day is enough to add a half a pound a week. if you dislike the taste, you can add torani to make it taste better.

The main reason people can't gain weight is that they lack appetite. A lack of appetite can be caused by numerous physical and mental issues (My depression kills my appetite for example) I'll assume you can't address the cause right now, but talk to a doctor if you're really struggling to eat

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

Not to contribute to the discourse on viewership *too* much, but this kinda flies in the face for how a lot of me and my friends grew our channels when first starting out.

We pushed people who had the bandwidth to watch on multi-stream sites so we'd all get a bump. Now you're punished for it!
