No snacking and no wine combined with working out more. I also use something against my apnea. Apperently apnea causes weight gain, weight gain causes apnea. Viscious circle

Feeling kinda proud....lost almost 4 kg in 4 weeks. On my way to better health, the aim is losing 8 more by new years. Start 2026 as I did 10 years ago.

One of my clients hears an 85 Db high pitch tone...some hear both.

Been a hearing aid specialist for 15 years and saw many clients with tinnitus. Since April this year I know what its like. Wouldn't recommend....not fun. I hear a high pitch white noise louder than my car engine.
