A Brief Glimmer. 14°C on a rather bleak afternoon. A few sheep.
tbf you both look quite groomed!
Hate that for you. Hope you can get some rest x
How could you resist though!?!
There's a story behind that one!
That's the opposite of what I would have expected! Do you find it calming?

Late Afternoon In North Yorkshire. 10°C. Hens.
Aww, that's adorable though!
It's exhausting. Sending a hug if helpful and hoping bed brings comfort and safety x
Yes, search for long handled moisturiser applicator or similar.

My recommendation would be this one www.amazon.co.uk/Back-Lotion-...
How do you find the Sodastream? This fizzy drink fiend is thinking of getting one!

Right!! She struggles to see in low light, so I get she needs them on sometimes when she's in a room. I just wish she'd turn them off when she leaves😬😬
Interesting idea!! I'm not sure how important the blue light from the SAD lamps is, as I imagine it would interfere with this.

Even if it didn't work for the SAD lamp it's definitely worth a go to help w mum having ALL THE BIG LIGHTS ON & it being sensory hell!
I have no good advice, only solidarity. Recent exhortations from sleep dr to try light therapy again for sleep inertia & slowly taper up led to my buying a v expensive Lumie light, the one most like natural daylight. 5 mins in I felt sick as a dog!😬
That's interesting!! I'm guessing no SAD lamps are green, but maybe I'll replace all my light bulbs with green ones😆
I feel this! May the force be with you!
That sounds very painful lovely. Maybe it's a "takes one to know one" thing, but I can imagine an assistance dog being helpful for you in several ways, esp on public transport.
Agree w @luckyerica3.bsky.social maybe B has some learning to do, incl what assistance dogs can do
This reminds me of a clip I saw of a dog who apparently regularly goes up to an ice cream van & the owner gives him a cone!

(Can dogs eat ice cream? I thought it wasn't good for them)
Thanks for hosting lovely, rest now *stern face* x #MadSkyChat
