I don’t overfill it.

I leave room for rest, joy, & flexibility. My planner isn’t a cage; it’s a guide that makes space for both productivity & peace.

What’s one way you make structure enjoyable?
Sacred structure isn’t about strict rules—it’s about roots. 🌳

It grounds you in what matters, gives you space to bend, & helps you grow without breaking. My routine definitely keeps me level-headed (for the most part). Predictability me please!

What keeps you rooted when life feels chaotic?
The last hour of my day is strictly to wind down: some Bible studying, journaling, & planning the next day, with a little wind down yoga sprinkled in sometimes.
Chaos goes in pencil, peace stays in my mindset. Planning gives me structure for productivity & rest — because support > pressure. There's no right way to structure your life. Do what you feel eases the stress of adulting.
