In each trial, two pupils will be pitted against each other, one for the claimant or prosecution, and one for the defence. You’ll get all the materials in advance and you don’t need to memorise the witness statements! Each performance is followed by feedback from the group trainer to each pupil.

⚖️ Observe advocacy in practice, in a real courtroom
⚖️ Improve your understanding of the courtroom dynamics.
⚖️ Gain valuable insights and experience that may support future pupillage applications.
