Giving NE!Sirin dysmorphia unprompted.

Trying to fix her hair, but no matter what she tries, it always looks off to her. Occasionally being self-conscious of her own voice.

Some days she's completely fine, other days she looks at her reflection only to see a stranger staring back.

Thinking about how New Era AU isn't a true role swap/personality swap because then it would just be an alt CE timeline.

Sirin's timid behaviour towards Himeko, as well as the recurrent dreams she experiences is a direct consequence of what happened in the Current Era

I haven't really had Himeko show up that much in my fics... sure she's focused on in one of them, but she appears only twice in New Era AU, which is 28 chapters long...

There's a deliberate reason why Sirin avoids her in that AU, but poor wine aunt needs more attention...
