“Monster Musume” and the character in question is named Tionsha, or Tio for short. She isn’t part of the main cast, but as part of a police unit comprised of monster girls. She’s adorable <3

Oh look, Holly's baaack. She's found an Earth that turned to vicious cannibalism while it was running low on food, and she generously provided a delicious solution!
Holding up the remnants of one of many Earths, Holly's punishment on this planet is to fuse all lifeforms into a singular growing mass that swallowed the earth and growing beyond it. Holly chews into one of its tentacles telling the planet its fate, while all life bonded together screams in agony.
