The Lowdown 2nd rollout is around December 10. As of now Disney+ UK has not picked up the show but can still happen, as the release was affected by Hulu replacing Star.

Not just a goof is Licensing/Rights heavy, and has a US exclusive period. It can take a while before it can release elsewhere.
