I don't think he actually has the authority to decide which cities get to host. That is done between the cities/states and FIFA/IOC. Additionally those last 2 are just as or more petty than Trump would likely take any threat as a challenge.

yeah but I think they examples they use and will use are Ukraine and then Britain in WWII. Ignoring the fake both were not just at war but being invaded and bombed at the time. And like getting your citizens to gather in large numbers at scheduled places is not a smart move during bombings

I think this as been their goal since they complained about how Ukraine has had no elections since the year started and they were informed about their constitution and war time suspensions of elections. They went "wait a minute." Now they are manufacturing a "safe war"

respecting the limitations set by the OC's owner should be common sense. It is one thing if it is a series character as they are commercial creations, but OCs are generally personal things and owners are much easier to contact.

you should be using invoices in the first place, both as the artist and the client. Invoices allow artists to send them under a business name and the payment protection can work in the favour of both sides if one or the other tries some funny business.
