One of the most “your entire video-making career has built up to this” author-subject matchups I’ve seen in a long time
caveats:
- mussels is only on here because I got violently sick off them once
- ketchup is only on here because you can only clean ketchup residue off so many surfaces in food service before you start to hate the condiment
- olives are okay as part of a dish if I can't taste them

yeah my videos involving music are never big view getters because YouTube doesn't promote them.
I don't think they really know what to do with my channel in that regard.
it does kind of suck to put 45 hours of work into a video for 600 views though, but they are fun to make.
