Poll ratings for Starmer (and Labour) at this point in government mean fuck all. The only poll that really matters is the next GE and, irrespective of the result, folk will need to reflect on his premiership over time before any credible judgement can be made on his performance.

I think if you actually look at the facts, rather than expressing an entirely biased opinion, you'll find that Liz Truss is actually regarded as Britain's worst PM followed by Liar Johnson. It's impossible to judge Starmer until his term has finished as polls change once folk have time to reflect.

Not a bad narrative to be honest. But it should also be accompanied by a commitment to explore how the UK can have a closer relationship with the EU. Little point in talking about rejoining until the EU has confirmed it's a genuine possibility. There's still a lot of mistrust to overcome.

Not that easy - there's such a level of mistrust to overcome it's baby steps & the amazing deal the UK originally enjoyed will not be repeated if/when a new one can be negotiated. The role played by Liar Johnson, Liar Gove, and in particular the frog-faced fascist fraud should never be forgotten.

Selling off 'the family silver' was one of the most disastrous decisions ever made. Mind you all govt privatisations have been a disaster, particularly when it becomes apparent how much money is creamed off by those responsible for the IPOs - the Post Office privatisation in 2013 a prime example.

I was born & bred in the UK & still have family and friends there. It’s only natural that I’m invested in their well being…and, funnily enough, they agree with my take on Starmer. If you really think you live under a fascist govt just imagine if Reform got elected! Not that it’ll happen, thank God.

I live in France & we have our own problems. But, what I will say, is that here corrupt politicians can go to gaol, Sarkozy being a case in point & Le Pen lucky not to. The Tories don't have a clue, Farage is a fascist fraud, and the MSM have an anti Starmer agenda. I know where I'd rather be!
