yeah exactly! taking care of children for any amount of time should make it clear if you want your own or not. it's why I know I'd only adopt an older child WAY later in life. not every should have to have kids considereding how easy it is to be a bad parent

and honestly I wouldn't mind being a FATHER but transition technology is not at that level yet. I feel like that would solve things for many people

it's honestly really weird when people insist on you having kids because there are PLENTY of people who DO want them. we won't die out if some people wait/don't have them considering some families are also way too damn big 😭
