Look I'm no expert on physical health but like fantem pointed out, you need protein to burn calories. Also what kind of deadline is that‽ Is someone besides yourself demanding this?
Look, talk to fantem, she works out every day and is actually knowledgeable on this stuff.

You could *literally* die! You can't have a one-sided relationship with your body like this, it's not gonna work! Your body deserves respect and love. If your body is unhealthy, that directly correlates with poor mood and depression!

It's called refeeding syndrome, and it can be deadly. Don't fuck around with fasting if you don't know what you're doing. That's like experimenting with low voltage on your computer while you have an unsaved document, except the computer is your body and the unsaved document is your internal organs.

Even planned out fasting is dangerous as shit if you don't have a doctor advising you.
If your body starts actually eating itself to get nutrients, it's literally going to forget how to digest food properly. Fasting requires serious planning and communication with your doctor.

An old #GeometryDash gdps level you can play on the main servers, Cyber Fight by DaPixelHero (ported to main servers by Natzuko690) is certainly a nostalgic trip for me and is a fun way to revisit the gameplay of the oldest 2.2 levels.
I miss this gameplay style.
