I just learned that Doug Lamalfa, the Representative of my voting district in California, who was one of the 147 Collaborators in 2020 that voted to overturn the official results, died... on January 6th. The universe does not tire of irony.

Summary of the current transport situation in Catalunya: The southbound highway that's been closed due to a retaining wall crashing on to the train tracks will reopen tomorrow... only for buses that are being used in place of majority of trainlines that have ceased to function in the entire region.

I went to Kraków last week with -13C and piles of snow and it was excellent because the Poles actually understand how to heat interiors!

I went to Kraków last week with -13C and piles of snow and it was excellent because the Poles actually understand how to heat interiors!
