When I got to the end of my assessment I was told it was "without a doubt autism", I said "you could have a little doubt"

Genuinely the book I needed, great work!

Started listening to this by @pierrenovellie.bsky.social and I relate far too much. It may just be the neurodivergent attachment, but so many similarities with my feelings of getting diagnosed.

Wounded Knee is a dark stain upon our nation’s history. We must remember it for what it truly was, not for what white nationalists would have it be.
A screenshot of two X posts. The first post is from Tom Morello (@tmorello), timestamped 7 hours ago, with a profile picture showing a person in a colorful outfit. The text reads: "What the f*ck is wrong with these people. Wounded Knee was a bloodthirsty massacre of Lakota Sioux, including dozens of women and children." The second post is from Secretary of War Pete (@username), timestamped 9 hours ago, with a profile picture of a man in a suit. The text reads: "Under my direction, the soldiers who fought at the Battle of Wounded Knee will keep their medals. This decision is final. Their place in history is settled." The second post includes an image of a man in a suit standing in front of an American flag and an official seal, appearing to give a formal statement.

Joys of #AUDHD. After discovering @scalzi.com on here, I listened to a chapter of The Last Colony, decided I liked it, made a mental note to get the book, forgot for 3 months, bought Last Colony, realised it wasn't the first in the series so had to buy the others before reading it.

The problem is that this statement expresses no self-awareness about how your actions fundamentally damaged perceptions of this party and eroded trust. You lashed out and, while not pursuing legal action is something, this statement doesn't demonstrate that you realise this may have been a bad move.

I hadn't heard about the transphobia and homophonic in the party. I'm just going to join the Greens, the leader went to the same uni as me, so hopefully he is a good guy, right?

It's messed up, but going rogue and launching the portal doesn't instil confidence. I understand your frustration, but I'm not sure I want to sign up now as who is to say another MP won't do a similar thing based on their own beliefs? This is people's money and trust, it just seems a bit chaotic

People who "have that personality" don't generally have to tell people, it comes across in theor words and actions. You have all the personality of a beige teapot.

I guess he isn't a fan of humour.

Imagine hallucinating all this and then waking up halfway through loop 2.

So Trump has been president before and was terrible. Now he has somehow got so much worse at it.

Don't blame us for this, this is as bad as microwaving tea and counts as treason. The Beefeaters will be round their house shortly to lock them in the Tower of London.

Pretty good, trying to describe it without giving it away is tough but pretty creepy. I'm undecided if I am going to indulge in the Action Santa genre of the last few years.

It will probably come as no surprise to anyone to hear that Elon Musk has now admitted that X (formerly Twitter) is throttling link-based posts, essentially stifling news articles on the social media platform. Thankfully we now have @bsky.app
