Following the recent historic flooding in NW WA, another atmospheric river will hit the region tonight. River flooding is expected, but not as severe as last week's — in Mount Vernon, the Skagit River is predicted to crest at 33.13 feet, entering major flood stage late afternoon Tuesday.

Visited this fine establishment briefly today and had a perfectly-made, ice-cold Redbull spritzer!
I miss the tea house, but from what I know and have heard from others, this is a pretty nice replacement.
