Southern Housing has released a video mocking people who are sceptical of shared ownership. Given their own track record, it’s a staggering decision.

Reeves was furious that the OBR had been sidelined in the mini-budget process. "The chancellor refuses to allow independent economic forecasts to be published," she fumed. The result was "a budget without figures, a menu without prices"

#GreenSquareAccord is recruiting residents to its Board to “give customers a voice.”

I’ve spent years providing evidence on governance, safety and service failures — the issues they claim to prioritise.

This is an open invitation to discuss the role. They have my email on file, albeit blocked.

SHAC Article - Eight Ways That Landlords Subvert Disability Law

Carl shows how landlords adopt policies which downgrade the rights of disabled people and other groups. But the Equality Act 2010 is clear - landlords cannot choose whether or not to comply.

Shared owners — have your say. The government wants to know if “affordable home ownership” is truly affordable. This is your chance to tell MPs what works and what doesn’t.

Almost 2,000 views — and rising.

The Regulator’s verdict on #GreenSquareAccord has clearly hit a nerve. From the messages I’ve had, many agree but don’t feel safe saying it publicly — which says everything about the culture.

#GreenSquareAccord are holding a “resident surgery”:

You shouldn't need a booked slot to meet your housing officer — you should know them.

Most residents are at work. If everyone turned up, they couldn’t see them anyway.

This isn’t engagement. It’s PR to tick a box.
