FENZ & HDC Emergency Management are hosting free community info sessions about summer wildfire risks and what you can to to prepare for them, and prevent them.

🔥 REMEMBER: Cool ash, before you stash! 🔥

Fireplace ash holds heat for up to 5 days and can spark new fires.

Always soak it with water, in a metal bucket before binning it. Never spread or place fresh ash outside near vegetation - even in the wet winter, it can start a fire.
