Dems need to stay on TV/media 24/7 repeating a mantra that Rs are responsible and will not come to the table. Matter of fact they aren't even in town for last 4 weeks to negotiate the a reopening - they are on an extended vacation (but still getting paid of course).

Fighting a single federal (felony) case could drive many people into bankruptcy - so, it's not exactly a "win" for anyone who wins cases against this regime. I am sure it's lesser for misdemeanors, but still $$$$$.
