We need a modern “Uncle Tom’s Cabin.” Harriet Beecher Stowe’s book is problematic by today’s standards but it definitely swayed the American people to oppose slavery.

We need a new version of that for today’s crisis. But since our attention span is that of a gnat, it needs to be… a movie? A reel?

I am bone-deep proud of having been part of a system that fundamentally runs on respect and honor. We respect judge’s decisions even when we disagree. We appeal decisions we don’t agree with, we don’t threaten to overturn our entire nation’s foundation.
