This past weekend in Mexico City, I took my first spin class (on the helipad of a 40-story building) and then ran a 10k along La Reforma. Great bucket list items. A small reminder: while you push hard every day, make space for your health and enjoyment. Live extraordinarily if you can.

People who have a bachelor’s degree in the U.S. live 8 years longer than those who don’t. At 25 years old, a person with a bachelors has about 58 years left, on par with other countries.
