The emails saying "we didn't want to do these but we had to" are fucked given layoffs have not happened during shutdowns. I'm so fucking pissed they're just continuing to get away with this, not even bringing votes to the table, House not in session

Awesome! Thanks for the suggestions. Starting with smaller amount (only made about a quarter cup of total) as never done this before! Just want to try using up some of my dried chiles
