walking back the change on the dress up menu and removing some limitations on the collection; all the stuff is available again

playing dress up with the characters is something i wanted to be sort of freeform; it can be a personal thing

rewrote the collision code for slopes because i wanted it to handle little steps up and down instead of needing invisible inclines on them, and had a thought to have characters trip if they run past them (though only in sleet weather right now)

i've got some odds and ends to fix i think, like the hp damage and rank changes to enemy stats, but, it's something

putting in a thing that allows the second player input to control the training mode rival instead of the girlfriend character
it's not exactly a vs mode, but you can sort of play at a vs mode
(a few training options are getting more functionality; better control on resources and reset)
