Wishing the chap on the High speed service into St Pancras who had the glorious giant Bernese Mountain Doggo a wonderful day with his lovely pal. Seeing that fabulous dog (who was so well behaved but rather warm) really brightened up my slightly vexed morning.....

(I've no idea what he was rehearsing but I wish him all the best. He looked rather apprehensive the lad...)

Happy 5th birthday to my bike! In 5 years I've gone from venturing as far as Tower Bridge or Westminster and thinking that was an adventure to a wardrobe full of cycle clothing, obsessively checking weather apps for the weekend and getting stroppy if I don't get out on the bike...

Lovely day today for a bimble on the bike. Went to Hornchurch rather than Rainham today. It's slow going in the Country Park because every dog in East London is there being walked, walking their humans or chasing a ball or stick.

Every wrek I get meat and fruit and veg from Riverford. They often send recipes out with the boxes, and their feed on the Gram is also a feast of recipes.
This recipe was on their feed last week. A traybake of Med veggies and gnocchi, with feta (and olives if you like them)...
