Hey @mark-carney.bsky.social, this is something that you need to immediately nip in the bud. The US doesn't get control over our potash.

Me, every day at this time; How did it get so dark!? It's not even 5 o'clock yet!

It's almost What Am I Having For Dinner o'clock…

So apparently someone drove on to the ferry and then walked off the ferry and forgot their car again…

I know I'm forgetful sometimes, but would I forget that I brought a car on a ferry? Hrm.

"I steal books because I'm poor and I can't afford to buy books!"

Really? I broke into your house because I'm also poor, and now I have your computer because I like computers and I can't afford to buy new ones.

So the "job spammers" are now sending images in text messages instead of just the usual, "Hey can I ask you something?" msgs.

Time to block images from people I don't know I guess.

Finally got around to watching THE THUNDERBOLTS and FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS and I have regrets…

Thunderbolts was campy, as I assumed it would be, but also boring.

And FF? Why can't Marvel get a FF movie right? The Thing was just so wrong… Michael Chiklis was perfect for The Thing, IMO

I find it amusing* that UPS can just cancel all of their deliver guarantees because of the Canada Post slow down… That's just blaming someone else because you're unreliable.

*Not really amused.

Carney's Budget passes with the help of the Green Party and NDP…

Nobody wants a winter election… except maybe PP.

Just got toothpaste that I ordered from Amazon like 3 or 4 months ago, and it was back-ordered so I forgot about it… and they shipped it via Purolator.

How is that even cost-effective for like $10 worth of product? Eesh.
November 18, 2025 at 12:00 AM
PP spending his day whining about the Carney budget instead of actually doing things to improve the life of his constituents and all Canadians. But that's all PP's done for over 20 years in politics… nothing.

Nephew's wife brought me pizza… because she wanted pizza and apparently there's a minimum spend to get pizza delivered here…

Kids, eh? Still… free pizza.

My fortune cookie tonight says, "Good thoughts make life better."

Gee thanks fortune cookie. You know what else makes life better? 500,000 bucks.

My SIL bought a new chandelier for the their dining room… so of course I had to go over and put it up. I tried to teach my brother how to do it, but he's not very handy.

I mean, it's two screws and three wires. Not that hard.

I haven't lived in North York, Ontario, for many many years, yet Councillor Anthony Perruzza keeps robo-calling me and leaving messages on my answering service…

Look, Anthony… phone numbers are no longer tied to places or regions. Get over that.

I enjoy the way a certain number of Americans feel they have to jump up and tell us that their horrible & draconian insurance system isn't.

Look, if you write a contract with someone and they can change it on a whim, or refuse to pay out, or decide to charge more for any reason, then it's not good.

My SIL bought a modern (made in 2003), but retro-looking record player at the thrift store for $12 a couple months ago, but got bored with it. She asked me if I wanted it, and for some crazy reason I said yes…

I'm sure it will be donated again soon because I don't really NEED it.
