Let's normalise backing up our stated facts on social media (about anything important and contentious) with source links.

If we're the ones with verifiable truth on our side, then let's draw that distinction at every available opportunity. Make taking an Internet stranger's word for it weird again.

The soundtrack for To The Moon, an indie game from 2011 and so far the only video game story to get me openly weeping! An utterly beautiful adventure/mystery game with a perfectly nostalgic soundtrack that I highly recommend.

I thought I wouldn't start crying until a certain moment of this game but the moment I started it up I started remembering and connecting the dots, anyways I'm crying a lot right now I'll continue playing later.

Playing through To The Moon again, and this time, on my PS5, reminded me of how much I loved the game and its story when I played it the first time on Steam.

I still recommend this game to anyone and everyone!

We made it To The Moon! I'm so glad that I finally got to experience this game. An incredibly touching story with themes of loss and neurodivergence. The kind of game that makes you want to stare at the wall for an hour afterward (which is to say, exactly my shit). It's also $2 on steam rn!

Fun fact: my inspiration for getting into astronomy came from a game called To the Moon. Over in Singapore, light pollution and humidity always blocks out the sky so it's almost impossible to even think about looking at what space is like. It's also likely why almost no one here even thinks of it.

SCOOP—In August, nearly 200 current/former FEMA staffers published the Katrina Declaration, a whistleblower letter detailing all the dangers posed by current leadership.

All current employees were put on indefinite leave, and now I've learned one has been fired in violation of federal protections:
