learned how to make restaurant/hotel eggs. it's just water 😅 1 tbsp per every egg. makes me think of my dad's, he was a cook when he was alive. a while ago I figured out his scrambled eggs were Cantonese styled. he would make it for me for school. I got the recipe from Chinese cooking demystified
