Trying to phrase this nicely but somehow I doubt the ANN reviewer who keeps criticizing Gnosia for explaining werewolf strategy ever says the same thing about sports anime

Does anyone know why specfically Volume 5 of Interviews with Monster Girls seems to be so hard to find? All the stores I checked either have it out of stock or price it up to like $80? And it is the only volume like that??? Did something happen with the publisher?
