A giant sinkhole has opened up in town. Half the city has no water. Guess which half I’m in.

I’m already organising my neighbours into the order in which I could best them in single combat.

Real end times stuff.

I’ve listened to lots of constituents who want to see the empty homes across Sheffield City Council come back into residential use

In Parliament, I asked the Local Government Minister to make sure we reverse the changes made in the coalition which make this more difficult for local councils.

Similarly true with music. I run Sunday Assembly Sheffield, a secular gathering with songs, speakers and socialising.

It's challenging to find sufficiently well-known modern pop and rock songs such that everybody can sing along. In 1996 *everybody* had heard Wannabe whether they liked it or not.

Last month, something unusual happened in TV - none of the main channels got a million viewers at 9pm. The bigger problem was it happened a 2nd & 3rd time soon after.

Another unwelcome landmark for linear TV & our shrinking shared TV experience.

Does it matter?
