That image of nations stabbing themselves, but instead of nations, it's Microsoft and Sony.

(Nintendo is there, and they're holding a knife, but they're not stabbing yet.)

Goku voice actor Masako Nozawa was selected as a Person of Cultural Merit by Japan 🇯🇵

• She's the first voice actor ever to receive this honor

• The government will pay her $23K annually for life
One thing about IGN, Gamespot, Polygon and such being bought and hollowed out is there's like a huge amount of smaller game sites that you don't really visit much in my experience, but you see them in review aggregates when a big game comes out.
Seeing a lot of talk about this, but I can't find an actual source for it.

It's possible this is their plan, or how they're gonna phrase it if the courts actually strike down the tariffs.
BREAKING: The US is rolling back tariffs on “products that cannot be grown, mined, or naturally produced in the United States," per WSJ
Played the Zortch 2 demo. Feels like stepping back into the first game in a good way.

Also...some interesting enemy designs.

Hmm.

Hm.
Apart feels like he was being setup to be member of the cast, and then some executive said "No, absolutely not. You can't have a serial killer be a member of the main cast."
Making the lead of Digimon Beatbreak a guy who has a pretty understandable reason to be suspicious and distrusting towards Digimon is pretty alright.

I feel like average person in his shoes would 100% be like "Yeah, we're killing this thing. It nearly killed two people."
Just like with Russia, Israel has learned if they give Trump some temporary good PR they can basically just keep doing whatever they want.

It's why I never expected the sham of a ceasefire to hold.
Really nice bit of animation and choreography on the most recent Gachiakuta. The show isn't one of Bone's strongest productions, but it still pull out stuff like this which is nice.

Also Jabber should join the heroes down the line. The heroes on the show are fine, but they need a freak on the team.

Happy Digimon Beatbreak day to all those who celebrate.
Probably sounds stupid to say, but Vampire: The Masquerade 2 coming out to bad to mixed reviews is disappointing obviously, but it did come out.

It actually released, which feels like an accomplishment given what a terrible state the game industry is in.

Man, there's just not a single bit of good news there dawg.

Just all bad. All of it.

Was reminded of the (probably) last Life is Strange game and how it made some decisions that seemed to exist just to piss of everyone who liked that series.

What an interesting way to end a franchise.

A lot of other folks have commented on this already, but game freak does probably deserve some credit for making a lot of cool dark skinned characters in their recent Pokemon games.

Helps that the most recent one has a really fire design imo.
My take on Pokemon designs is there has to be weird Pokemon designs. There has to Pokemon that you actively wouldn't describe as cool imo. I think some folks want every single Pokemon to be cool, and I totally disagree.

Like for every Charizard or Garchomp, there needs to be a Dunsparce.
The Black Clover reddit is typically like most manga-reddit, just a bunch of silly power-scaling discussions, but occasionally they do post things that 100% true.

Asta is gonna be the wizard king, but he's also be the house-husband to Noelle.
There's something wrong with the citizens in this game.

Like 1/3 of them is openly either talking about crimes or saying they want to reincarnated as a slowpoke or something.
It's far beyond time that companies gave people the option to flatly not see content that has AI slop in it.

I should be able to browse steam, psn, the eshop, the works without seeing that shit.

The eshop has become so flooded with AI shit it's practically unusable for browsing games.
