I’m Celia Marek. Ask anyone in my team, they’ll joke first, but then tell you I’m fiercely loyal. Being a marine runs in my family. To me, it’s a matter of honour to keep my mates alive. Even when I need to remind myself of the oath I took, and have nightmares for weeks after. Welcome to the team.

The marines go out on land missions to retrieve something that will show the whole fleet a way forward. Sometimes we find more than we bargained for. These missions are recorded and streamed inside the mess hall for the rest of the crew. Epic encounters and hard decisions!

Q: Why run Odysseus as a company?
A: It’s complicated, but it’s a mix of IP rights, sustainability and financial security. However, we’re not in this for profits. Odysseus will always be a passion project by larpers for larpers, and we won’t simplify the experience to reach a bigger audience.
