I had a great time in Erfurt @intfroebelsociety.bsky.social and love how our connections are being nurtured.
From Dr Helen Lyndon:
"The International Froebel Society Conference took place in Efhurt, Germany last week.
I was delighted to represent CREC and the Froebel Partnership on this trip and received some valuable feedback on our ongoing work"

My heart is full - she’s off to teach reception class at my first school; I have fond memories of Mrs Meakin my reception class teacher, the dumplings for school dinner, the enormity of assemblies! I love how CREC serves Birmingham Schools 😊 ♥️ #earlyyears #getintoteaching @crecuk.bsky.social

It’s so tricky - as an English speaker attending international events I often overthink the language I’m using - not too colloquial- not overly metaphoric - tempted to call it a ‘minefield’ but that phrase bothers me now - your insight into Froebel’s context was so helpful - Erfurt beckons!
Really interesting to unpick the details of Froebels words @helwasmuth.bsky.social - thanks to Jane too for hosting and adding such insightful reflections - love the human/ humane consideration @froebeltrust.bsky.social - see you all in Erfurt!

Read our guidance paper which foregrounds Froebelian practice-based research using one of the strands explored across three years by the Froebel Partnership. The complexity of play and its place in networks of developing learning is the focus of this paper.
