Hello to new followers! I post on here about the two podcasts I do with @gavinbroom.bsky.social (List of Lists and @corriepodcast.com), I also post about our cats and dog, random stuff like politics, but mostly about my job in an auction house as the books, music and art cataloguer.

Where's John Wick when you need him? Seriously, if this was a movie the studio would cut this scene as "too brutal to be believable".

CBP agents knocked on an El Paso home at 7:15 a.m.

The owner asked to secure his Rottweiler, Chop, in the bathroom.

While he got his ID, agents opened the door and shot Chop.

The family tried to save him as he bled out on the kitchen floor.

Ok, I finally got my Star Trek TNG blog started. There is still some housekeeping I need to do once I become a little more adept at using Ghost, so please be kind.

Because cats and undone chores, I went down to a local coffee shop to get some focused writing done. Of course, five minutes a local character came in, sat down next to me, and proceeded to talk my ear off. Frankly I would rather have one of the cats sitting on my keyboard, easier to shush away.

The thing that stuns me about this particular death is Diane Keaton, like Jane Fonda, Dolly Parton, Kathy Bates, and others, always seemed like one of those women who age but seem indestructible, you expected her to get to Betty White age.

Apologies to Dolly Jane & Kathy if this post curses them.

Looks like in the UK it's only available for sale on Amazon. (I'm assuming DVD but maybe digital download?) Only streaming in Spain without renting.
Letterboxd options for watching Looking for Mr Goodbar.
