Hehe. Finally gonna eat the Kanazawa Curry pouch that came with the Hanazaku Iroha Butaitanbou Map I bought in Yuwaku Onsen goods store. I bought the 630yen one. The map kinda got wet during the heavy rain of the Bonbori festival but finally dried after a week or so.

I have read your article about that and browsed a few people who took early pilgrimage in this area. Compared today when I visited, people are walking around publicly like nobody ever cared if you 'disturb' the vicinity. It's a busy place now even at 5:15pm and everyone is passing through normally.

Well the playground in Takanohara is an 'integral' part of 境界の彼方 series so I had to visit it albeit I can't find the location at first 😅 #kyo_kai #BeyondTheBoundary

One thing I noticed why many Japanese locals started coloring their hair to going blonde is to 'compensate' or balance for the lack of color of their everyday fashion clothes lol

I may have not landed on Shinjuku Station Exit 8 (or was it Shibuya Exit 8 or Osaka?) but I took some photos of similar Exit 8's of some stations I landed on, and somehow I see there really IS a very common thing (or a curse?) that you can get lost finding this station exit.

One of the fall anime series I stick to watching. Still holds watch interest even if the timeline went to present. It was one of the saddest anime series I've ever watched but somehow mellowed down since the story went to present but still interesting nonetheless

Feliz Dia De Los Muertos. Day of The Dead. All Souls Day. Why I went home before Halloween was to visit and commemorate my dearly departed parentS and grandparent. I've never been this rushed to visit because all of them in the family had departed and hope their souls are guided today by lighting.

Also, it wasn't on the butaitanbou map the lady in Cafe Sando gave to me because that is only for Kashihara location hehe

Took me awhile to find it because it wasn't in Kashihara but it's in Takanohara which is a further station ride, and I can't access @michaelvito.bsky.social 's site for location assistance. But at least I found the famous #境界の彼方 OP stair scene albeit running out of time and it was dark at 5pm.

Hard-to-find stuff I bought in Japan when I heard the announcement of release was the NieR Automata /Gestalt/Replicant Original Soundtrack Vinyl. T'was rare to find outside Tokyo, found it in Shinsaibashi. Gave me goosebumps hearing the walkthrough music and Weight Of The World all over again! #NieR

I already left Japan since the 30th. And these are one of the reasons why I hate Animate shop, you're forced to spend a lot 😅 I mean who doesn't wanna buy a Bond Forger acrylic stand?
