One of the best books ever written, in my opinion. It’s our world now in many subtle ways. We are controlled, manipulated, and monitored in some way by our “smart” devices. Animal Farm would be another great Orwell book to reread. “All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others”

I went on my first international HFH build when I was 19. Carters contribution changed my life, my world view. It gave America a good reputation. I was on another international build when Trump ran his first campaign. Locals were laughing at what had become of our country.

In movies and sitcoms it’s often the intelligent students who are portrayed as geeks. The jocks and prom queens are put on pedestals. Young viewers are influenced when seeing these stereotypes.

Dogs can smell cancer in other dogs. Apparently canine bladder cancer has a distinct odor that trained dogs identify. A U.K. nonprofit called Medical Detection Dogs, which trains canines to detect human cancers, proposes using dogs to diagnose dogs. It's quick & noninvasive phys.org/news/2024-12...
