i think we can also worry about being right sometimes when being understanding could go further and that’s the beauty of life. your purpose can be more focused on that approach and mine can be done through a different lens. grateful to connect with you and others that have that perspective 🫶🏼

my greatest teacher and guide this lifetime has been grace.

i didn’t have the maternal figure my soul craved for, so i sat with what i thought would be the components of a good mother and the strongest energy that came through was grace.

connecting with that has truly been such a gift in my life 🤍

it really is out of hand! even just this morning i saw a few people claiming to be swifties feeding into it STILL.

how about we stop attacking people that we know mean well and go after the ones that have proven to be evil time and time again!

i definitely agree, as i said i am not one to use it but i have seen it used for much worse. i just know if my SIL responded in that type of way over me doing something that truly was not intentionally to hurt anyone else, i would be taken aback personally

we need to show more grace for people in our lives that we know are good people and genuinely trying.

there are so many minute things that we get upset with others over, which is totally normal and a part of our human nature, but some are barely hanging on right now and grace goes a long way. 🤍

they told me teenagers were hard, i couldn’t have a more different experience with mine. teenagers are incredibly thoughtful and very aware of what’s going on in the world. my daughter honestly sometimes has a better grasp on the bigger picture than i do. showing me new perspectives constantly!

i love how after my almost 16 year old gets home from staying a night with her dad, she crawls in my bed and takes a nap. she gets home so early and could easily just go in her room and sleep for a while but instead she comes and curls up next to me. 🥹 makes my momma heart so full!

wait, am i the only one that thinks this is a good use for chat gpt? 😂 at 21 i didn’t even know what bars were a fun vibe for that type of thing and always hated the bars when i purchased a ticket to a pre-planned bar crawl. if you’re older, maybe you could give her a few recommendations

it now gives me such a strong sense of gratitude that i am able to love at the level i so naturally do.

i used to expect so much from others but with releasing my expectations, so many of my relationships have improved in a beautiful way.

being a parent taught me that we all have different capacities of loving.

i was angry with my mom because i felt like her actions didn’t reflect love in the way i love my daughter, so i truly doubted that she loved me at all.

now i understand she loved me to her highest capacity and that’s enough.
