I'm LoS!

Today is my BIRTHDAY! I shall be spending it looking at art, then selling soap at a farmer's market

So have some story vignettes and art of the main characters in the novel I'm writing, Jas and Luka (and Astrath and Kel)

I write scenes in the alt text when the art is canon to the story

They walked onto the balcony, Jas’s hand on the small of her back. He’d been touching her all day, as though he couldnt bear to lose contact. Whether it was a gentle touch on her arm, a ghost of a caress across her shoulder, his warmth hovered there at the edges.

Luka paused, then pulled away. Jas let her, of course, but watched her with eyes that glowed faintly in the evening shadows.

“One moment,” she said, and shortly after a metallic *thunk* sounded.

“Did you just lock the door?” Jas asked. He sounded curious, but not alarmed.

Luka sauntered to his side, then peered up at him. “This morning, you told me you would take me anywhere.”

“Indeed.”

“Well… we saw the artisan market. The university. Three libraries, and even the public gardens. But… I choose here.” Luka wandered to the marble wall, breathing in the salty air from the sea in the distance. Large, bell shaped flowers crept along vines all over. They smelled sweet.

“You choose here? For…?” he asked, raising an inquisitive brow.

Luka looked over her shoulder. “You promised to take me anywhere, Jas. And I choose here. So take me.”

Understanding burned through him in a visible wave. Before Luka could get another word out, he’d grabbed her waist in one large hand, hiking her skirts our of his way with the other. He shoved her lace underthings down around her hips, pressing against her as he undid his trousers. “You’re sure?” he grunted, pressing one finger, then two into her pussy, She was already slick and practically dripping.

She leaned over and braced against the wall with a moan. “Hard, Jas. I need you to be rough.”

Jas tangled his hand into her hair. “Anything for you,” he growled. He snapped his hips forward, burying himself deep into her pussy. They both shuddered, reveling in the feel of each other, only the sound of their ragged breathing breaking the crash of waves below.

Both knew that spending time touching, tasting, mostly in silence… it was needed. After so long apart, they both needed reassurance that the other was real. So Jas was content to lay on his back, holding her in his arms. Skin against skin.

It came as a surprise when, in one fluid motion, she straddled his hips. He opened his mouth to speak but all that emerged was a groan-her hand wrapped around his cock and positioned it at her entrance. “Shhh…” she said

Slowly

The bedsheets twisted in his claws. “Luka-“ he growled, then her back arched. Her eyes closed in bliss. Each muscle quivered in time with her breath as she rocked her hips, her pussy greedily taking his girth a small measure at a time.

"Luka?" Jas called as he stepped into the chamber they now shared. It was strange, that. She'd fit into his life as though she had always been there, and his room never felt so much like home as it did now, filled with the evidence of her presence. He loosened his gloves and looked around

Her papers were scattered on his desk, next to his neatly stacked personal stationary. Books written in her tongue were tucked in between volumes from his own library, with no regard to any order but for the one in her own head.

Though what caught his attention as he placed his gloves neatly on the dresser was the trail of discarded garments that led from the chamber door to the curtained canopy bed. "Luka, its early yet. Are you asleep?" He dropped his voice to be quieter. "I'm looking for that new book - if you're resting, I will take it out to the sitting room."

There came a rustling from within. Jas reached out to part the curtain, but before he could pull the heavy drape aside the air sparked with the telltale green of her magic. The threads of light whipped the curtains aside.

Jas stared. His eyes followed the gentle line of her bare hips and caught on every freckle that dappled her fair skin. "I...what are you..." then his expression sharpened. "That's my new book."

Luka arched her back into the soft pillows, lifting her legs in an exaggerated stretch. Jas's eyes followed the movement, book seemingly forgotten

"I'm presenting a distraction. Is it working?"

"Distraction from what?" He murmured, shrugging his shirt from his shoulders. Climbing into the bed beside her, he let his hands trail along her calf, then thigh, then over her stomach. Then he stole a kiss

"I'm not giving the book back til I'm done" she mumbled into his mouth

"Oh, I insist you finish first."

Luka's response was a throaty laugh

The book fell to the bed, forgotten.

Astrath hadn't even started warming up the forge for the day when she felt a tap on the small of her back. She turned and gave a crooked grin at Kel, standing behind her. "What are you doing on this side of the workshop?" she began

The tearing sound interrupted her. "Again?" Astrath said with amused exasperation. Kel had used one of her many knives to slice through Astrath's trousers. They were open to the knees in a jagged line.

Kel shrugged, but the small self satisfied smile may as well have been a deep belly life. She pressed one small hand against Astrath's abdomen.

Astrath allowed herself to be pushed - they both knew Kel had no chance of moving her without her leave. Astrath's thighs bumped up against the anvil. Kel's hand slipped underneath Astrath's shirt while her other tugged at the torn remnants of her trousers.

"You're going to sew these-" Astrath started, but trailed off when Kel's tongue delved into her pussy without so much as a by-your-leave. Instead, Astrath huffed out a hard breath that hinted at a held-in moan. She stared down at her human lover.

Kel seemed to sense Astrath's gaze and looked up to lock eyes with the demon. She never stopped moving her mouth over Astrath's clit.
