If you like desserts with red beans, here is a good and simple one: mashed sweet red beans with sticky rice balls 红豆小圆子 😋 I topped it with osmanthus flower honey, but just regular honey (or syrup) works, too!

How feasible is the idea of “MOF LEGO”? That is, something like LEGO pieces but are in the shapes of linkers and vertices that people can use to build MOF structures? I think that would be a great hands-on or outreach activity for students. Anyone in the #ChemSky community have any ideas?

I’ve had this picture saved in my phone for a long time, until recently, someone pointed out that it is the REPAIR of the broken pottery, not the pottery being broken itself, that makes the pottery more beautiful. (1/2)
